Fees

• Initial Assessment/Individual therapy: $170/55-60 minute session

• Group therapy: $50/90 minute session

• EMDR therapy: $170/55-60 minute session

• EMDR therapy extended: $200/90 minute session

Note on EMDR: EMDR treatment is an 8-phase evidence-based treatment that helps people heal from traumatic events and other life disturbing experiences. Research has shown that EMDR has helped people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and much more. SLIDING FEE SCALE: I offer a discounted fee for a limited number of appointments each week for those with demonstrated need. Please contact me to see if you may be eligible for a discounted fee.

For extended phone consultations between sessions about issues other than cancelling/rescheduling, the cost is $25 per 15 minutes (out-of-pocket only).

If sessions or other services are shorter or longer than the defined payment schedule, fees will be prorated accordingly.

Payment

Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

All fees are due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made ahead of time.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum (United Healthcare, UMR, etc.), and Beacon/Carelon. I will soon also be an in-network provider for Kaiser.

I am not currently a provider for any other insurance panels. Many insurance plans offer at least partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. If your insurance plan is not listed here, I’m happy to provide you with a receipt or "Superbill" that you can submit to your carrier for reimbursement for out-of-network services.
